1.) Live
Most
people go through life not living. These are the people appear to be miserable most of the time. Life should be about living
not about griping or groaning about every little thing. To get the most out of life you have to give it your best. Sitting
around waiting for opportunities is not going get it done. It is time to get up, get out and start living.
2.)
Love
This one is simple. To get the most out of life you have to love. Love the people around you. Stop looking at
them as a nuisance look at them as a friend waiting to happen. Sure you are not going to get along with everybody, but it
won’t hurt you to try.
Love your job. Most of us muddle through life doing jobs that we just cannot stand. The
only question I can ask is, why? There are too many options out there to stay at a job you just don’t like. So go get
a new job doing something you like. It might take you a little while but in the end it will be worth it.
Love your
life. I know we all have a few bad breaks some of us more than others and it gives us every reason to complain, but you have
to learn to look past those problem times and love life. Love that you are here. I see so many people at the grocery store
or at the Wal-Mart that look like they don’t love life. If they would only smile once in awhile it would make a whole
lot of difference.
Love you for who you are. That might sound a lot like loving your life but I think that you have
to learn to love yourself and then you can love your life. Loving yourself means looking in the mirror and saying I like who
I am, sure there are some things I need to change but I love who I am. Now when I say you need to love yourself it does not
mean to be filled with pride or conceit. I am talking an acceptance of yourself for who you are. Remember pride does come
before a fall.
3.) Learn
On the subject of learning, never stop. Life is all about learning. Each day
brings a new experience, a new challenge and a new opportunity to learn. If you need training, get it. Go to college or a
trade school. If you can, do it. Learn to love learning. Of course you will have to take yourself away from the TV set and
do something else but in the end it will be worth it.
Remember you have a limited amount of time here so use
it wisely.
